Epic Games Canceled My S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order Without Notice

I had pre-ordered S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Ultimate Edition through Epic Games for ₺599, but due to the game's delay, my pre-order was canceled without any notification. This cancellation was done without my consent. When I tried to pre-order the game again, I noticed the price had increased to ₺2499, meaning I would now have to pay ₺1900 more. Epic Games not only canceled my pre-order without informing me but also expects me to pay significantly more to re-order the game. I find this unacceptable and request that Epic Games reinstate my original pre-order at the initial price or offer a reasonable solution.
