EAFC 26 Online Not Working on PC — Players Frozen, No Response From Support

Since the first day I purchased EAFC 26 through Epic Games, I’ve been facing a serious problem in the online modes (especially in Rivals). My players don’t move properly during online matches, making it impossible to compete against opponents. However, in offline modes, the game runs smoothly without any issues.

I play the game on PC under the username iammeliharslan, and I own the Standard Edition. The game was released only three days ago, and I’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting methods — reinstalling the game, resetting settings, using different internet connections, and even checking my network performance. My internet is stable, and I have no connection or ping issues in any other online games. Moreover, other users have reported the same problem.

I contacted Epic Games customer support via email, but I haven’t received any response yet. Because the online modes are currently unplayable, I am requesting a full refund for the game.
