I purchased the FC 26 Early Access package for PC through Epic Games. Since the very first day of release, I’ve been facing severe performance issues, especially in the Ultimate Team mode. The game interface constantly lags and stutters, and once matches start, performance drops drastically — sometimes the game runs at under 10 FPS, even going as low as 4 FPS during kickoff. Simple actions like passing the ball take 3–4 seconds to register. With constant freezes and delayed controller input, it’s impossible to enjoy the game.
To check whether the problem was coming from my computer, I completely formatted my system, reinstalled all drivers, and re-downloaded the game, yet the issue persisted. I also tried contacting Epic Games support, but there was no way to reach them. My Epic Games username is mertonfire.
I spent a considerable amount of money on this game, hoping to enjoy it, but these persistent issues have ruined the experience. If these technical problems cannot be resolved, I request a full refund; otherwise, I expect the issue to be fixed as soon as possible.
