I Face Enza Home Delivery Delay and Missing Promised Furniture Gifts

Enza Home deliberately creates misleading contracts! On August 11, 2025, I purchased a living room set, bedroom set, dining room set, and lounge furniture from Enza Home. I made this purchase based on the promises given during the sales process. However, the entire experience turned into a series of misleading statements before the sale and false claims afterward.

The products were delivered after the legally specified delivery period had already passed. After delivery, I noticed that the design and interior of the bedroom wardrobe were not the same as what was promised during the sale, and this was later denied by the company (even though dealership staff witnessed the situation). Additionally, the promotional gift items that were explicitly promised during the purchase process as “guaranteed” were never delivered.

Due to the delayed delivery, discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, the complete disregard of the promised gifts, and poor after-sales service, I have experienced significant inconvenience. I contacted both Enza Home customer service and the authorized dealer multiple times regarding these issues. However, both sides kept blaming each other and prolonged the process without offering a solution.

In my most recent conversation with the dealer on April 9, 2026, they attempted to deny the promised promotional gifts by claiming they were “online-only campaigns,” clearly showing that their promises have no accountability. Throughout this entire process, I have been subjected to repeated misinformation and delays. (The installation team, sales team, and dealership management are all witnesses to this situation.)

Under my orders numbered 11044653 and 11044611, I demand that all promotional items explicitly promised during the sale be delivered to me in full. Additionally, I request compensation for the damages caused by late delivery and the discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. I expect all commitments to be honored based on my written records and documented conversations.

Enza Home is a brand built entirely on misleading practices—from sales to delivery to after-sales service and customer support. I strongly advise others to carefully review their contracts before purchasing. Once payment is made, they deny their promises without hesitation.
