The wheels of the sliding door cover on the wardrobe from the Visage bedroom set I purchased from Enza Home have been damaged. When I contacted them to request a replacement, they told me they couldn’t help because it’s been over seven years. I then explained that I had identified the brand used—Hettich—and only needed them to tell me the model so I could handle the rest myself. They said they didn’t know that either. They acted as if the wardrobe was made by an off-brand manufacturer, when all they had to do was look up the production details and share them—everything should already be recorded digitally. This comes down to poor service and a lack of effort. Moreover, when I tried to reach their main office by phone, no one answered. I waited for 35 minutes; it said only two people were ahead of me, but the queue never moved. They clearly don’t prioritize customer satisfaction. Their service quality speaks for itself. In short, rather than paying high prices to Enza Home, I’d recommend trying your luck with another brand.
