Enza Home Did Not Deliver My Astoria Lampshade Even After 4 Months

The Astoria model lampshade I purchased from Enza Home on January 14, 2025, has not been delivered for 4 months. The call center keeps saying it’s still in production—I'm not sure what kind of production takes this long; even splitting the atom would be quicker. I find it unacceptable that a company of this scale cannot manage its stock or delivery process properly. I’ve made multiple calls and followed up several times, but there has been no progress. I request that the item be supplied from existing and unused store stock and delivered to me. My order number is: 1103596007.
Since my first complaint, as of now, May 6, 2025, the product still has not reached me. No refund is being issued either. They call from a place called the Solution Center, but all they do is say that the item will be back in stock at a later time and nothing else. You are a complete waste of time and a disappointment, Enza Home! You present the image of a low-profile company that cannot deliver a lamp in 6 months.
A refund was not going to be made either.
