Enza Home Delayed My Bed Base and Failed to Provide Missing Screws for Assembly
The headboard and bed base I purchased from Enza Home on December 28 were delivered six weeks later, but they could not be assembled because the mounting screws were missing. Despite informing them that my wedding was approaching and urgently requesting a solution, and despite calling the store every day, they only arrived for assembly after 11 days—again with missing screws, leaving my bed base unusable. Customer service is absolutely unhelpful and refuses to take responsibility. They claim my issue will be resolved within 21 days, meaning I will have to move into my home after my wedding without a proper bed due to their negligence. I will do everything in my power to get this resolved and will never recommend them to anyone.
