On August 23, we purchased a TV unit, bedroom set, dining table, and six chairs from the Enza Home store on the Konya Ring Road (S Plaza). At the time of purchase, we clearly explained that our wedding was scheduled for early October and that urgent delivery was required. The store told us that the delivery time was six weeks, and since our wedding date was also six weeks away, they assured us that even if not all items were ready, at least essential items such as the bedroom set and bed base would definitely be delivered on time.
However, when our wedding date arrived, none of the furniture had completed production. We had purchased our sofas from another company on the same date, and they delivered them one week before the wedding as promised—otherwise, we would not have had anywhere to sleep. After the wedding, we had to sleep on the sofas. On October 30, which was 10 weeks after the purchase date, they delivered some of our items except for the dining table and chairs.
Our dining table was delivered four months later, in mid-December. As for the chairs, only two arrived in the color we ordered, while the remaining four were delivered in temporary black-gray colors. We were told that production of our chairs was incomplete and that these were temporary replacements. We also reported that the bedroom mirror was crooked and needed correction or replacement, and that the wardrobe interior lights were not working. In addition, the two chairs delivered in the correct color had uneven legs that could not be adjusted. All of these issues were reported at the time of delivery.
As of today, six full months have passed since August 23, and our chairs have still not been delivered. On top of that, no one has contacted us regarding the wardrobe lights or the mirror—both are still defective, and no repair or replacement process has been initiated. Since then, no one has called, followed up, or provided any information. The quality of the materials is poor, and deliveries are not being completed as promised. They do not even call once to provide an update. Our chairs have not been produced for six months, the wardrobe lights arrived defective, the mirror arrived crooked, and there has been no follow-up at all.
I request that all necessary actions be taken immediately, including repair, replacement, refund, or compensation, and that my financial and emotional damages be fully compensated.
