I rented a car through Enuygun.com, but they still haven’t sent me the invoice. Despite sending multiple emails, I haven’t received any response. I even double-checked my spam folder and made sure I provided the correct email address, but there was still nothing. This situation has disrupted my accounting process, and since I can’t document the expense, it’s causing problems for me. The fact that they aren’t providing an invoice also raises concerns about tax compliance. What bothers me the most is the complete lack of accountability from their support team. I strongly advise anyone planning to rent a car through Enuygun to be cautious. Their silence on my invoice request has left me in a difficult position, and I don’t plan to use their services again.
