Refund And Cancellation Of The ReelTV Short Subscription

For some time now, money has been taken from my bank account by “Reeltv Short / Reelshortw” without my knowledge or consent. On 4 October 2026 and 11 October 2026, an amount of R244.99 was debited from my bank, as confirmed by my FNB messages for Reelshortw-151233031. In the past I only purchased a weekly subscription and paid for it, and I later cancelled all subscriptions through Apple last year. Despite this, Reeltv Short continues to take R244.99 from my bank account, even though I am not using the service and I have not authorised any new payments or subscriptions. I request a full refund of all amounts that have been taken from my account without my consent, including the payments of R244.99 on 4 October 2026 and 11 October 2026, and I want any existing Reeltv Short subscription or payment authorisation to be cancelled completely so that no further charges are taken from my bank account.
