On 12/10/2026 I tried to log in as usual and suddenly received a message in the game that my account was permanently suspended for “disabling data upload.” I have always used this account fairly and played through normal gameplay only. I did not use any third‑party applications, scripts, emulators with modifications, or anything that could interfere with game data. I believe this suspension is a mistake or a system error. This account is very important to me because I have spent money on it for diamonds and top‑ups and invested a lot of time to build my progress.
