Enpara.com Applied Fees Without Warning After I Paid My Credit Card One Day Late
As a customer of Enpara.com for 8 years, I made my credit card payment for the statement due on 07.10.2024, but I paid it on 08.10.2024 at 02:00. I didn’t receive any warning or notification that it was the last day for payment. After this slight delay, various fees such as shopping delay interest, shopping interest, and the Resource Utilization Support Fund of the interest were applied. It feels like these charges were applied prematurely, as it’s unclear how the number of delay days was determined and calculated. If Enpara.com can process fees so quickly, it’s frustrating that they don’t notify customers with the same efficiency. I kindly request that these fees be corrected. If not, I will close all my accounts, including my credit card, by the end of the month.
