Eneba Battle.net Keys Already Claimed - Need Replacement Keys

5

I purchased three Battle.net game keys from Eneba earlier today for a total of 55 euros. Out of these three keys, only one worked; the other two show an error on Battle.net stating that the codes have already been claimed when I try to redeem them. I immediately contacted Eneba support by email and provided every piece of information I have about the purchase and the failed activations. In their reply they stated that it may take 3–5 business days to update the case. I find it absurd that a large digital key reseller expects customers to wait 3–5 business days specifically, and offers no effective support over the weekend, even though issues like non-working keys are time-sensitive and entirely their responsibility. I request that Eneba urgently provide me with two new, working Battle.net keys as soon as possible so that I receive the full product I paid for without further delay.
