Eneba Sold Me a Steam Gift Card That Was Already Redeemed
I purchased a Steam gift card code from Eneba on 03 July 2026 at 04:27 UTC. The order number of this purchase is o-y6bnh6a. I paid a total of €22.42 using PayPal Pay Later. When I tried to redeem the code on Steam, I received a message stating that the code had already been used. To clarify the situation, I contacted Steam support. Steam support confirmed to me when the gift card had originally been redeemed, which means the code sold to me by Eneba was not unused at the time of purchase. I also reached out to Eneba regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any response from them. I request that Eneba provide me with a new, fully working Steam gift card code equivalent to what I paid for, or otherwise resolve this issue in a fair way as soon as possible. I expect this matter to be investigated based on the information confirmed by Steam support and my order details, and for my loss not to be left unaddressed.
