Eneba Sold Me an Invalid Razer Gold Code & Refuses to Help



I purchased a $200 Razer Gold code from Eneba, but the code they sent me was only 14 characters long, while Razer Gold requires a 16-character code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Since the code was incomplete, I received a “Invalid Code” error when I tried to redeem it.
I contacted Eneba’s support team and provided screenshots showing the invalid code and the error message. Instead of resolving the issue, they claimed the code was activated after purchase and closed my request. They didn’t even allow me to respond! I submitted three more support tickets, and each time, I received the same automated response with no real assistance.
I have now lost ₺7200, and Eneba refuses to take responsibility. I strongly warn others to avoid purchasing from this site—they do not care about their customers. I demand a full refund or a valid code immediately!
