Emporio Armani Sunglasses Broke Twice in the Same Spot and Warranty Was Denied

My Emporio Armani sunglasses developed an issue in less than a month of use when a thin nylon-like string came out from the frame. I took them to the store, where the staff placed the string back into the frame. However, the next day, the lens from that section completely detached from the frame. I returned to the store, and they sent the sunglasses for warranty service. Within the legal period, they replaced them with a new pair. However, in less than two months, the same problem occurred in the same spot. Once again, I sent the sunglasses for warranty service, but after 15 days, the company responded negatively. No clear explanation was given, and there was no mention of user error. This experience does not reflect the quality expected from the Emporio Armani brand.
