I am extremely upset with ElevenLabs. Without any notification, permission, or prior warning, they withdrew ₺200 directly from my bank account. I never approved any subscription renewal or additional payment. They automatically renewed my subscription without my consent, which is completely unacceptable and feels like a clear case of unauthorized billing.
I did not agree to continue any service beyond my original use. This kind of automatic renewal without clear confirmation amounts to misleading practices and unfair profit. I immediately demand a full refund of the ₺200 that was taken from my account without my approval.
If ElevenLabs does not resolve this matter promptly, I expect this situation to be reported to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. Companies should not be allowed to operate through deceptive billing tactics.
