I am very frustrated with ElevenLabs. I had signed up for their speech generation program with the understanding that I would get a one-month free trial. Before the trial period ended, I canceled my membership just like they instructed. Despite canceling on time, ElevenLabs still charged ₺222,32 from my account on 01.02.2024 without any permission.
This is completely unacceptable. I did everything right by canceling before the trial expired, and yet they still processed a full charge. I expect companies to honor their cancellation policies, not take money from users who followed the rules.
I demand an immediate full refund of the ₺222,32 that was wrongfully charged. If ElevenLabs does not resolve this quickly, I am prepared to escalate this issue through legal channels. Customers should not have to fight to get their own money back after canceling a service properly!
