ElevenLabs Charged Without My Permission and Refuses to Refund

I am extremely frustrated with ElevenLabs, a foreign company I have never even interacted with. Without any prior warning, authorization, or agreement, they withdrew ₺26 from my account. I have absolutely no relationship, no subscription, and no previous communication with this company, yet they still charged me without my consent.

I demand a full and immediate refund of the ₺26 they wrongfully took from me. This is not just a simple mistake — it's an unauthorized transaction, and it’s completely unacceptable.

If ElevenLabs does not act quickly to refund my money and correct their unauthorized charge, I will not hesitate to pursue legal action. I am fully prepared to take this matter to court to protect my rights as a consumer. Companies cannot be allowed to take people's money without consent — this must be corrected immediately!
