I am extremely frustrated with ElevenLabs. I signed up for their speech generation program with the promise of a one-month free trial. Before the trial period ended, I followed all instructions and requested to cancel my membership. Despite canceling properly, ElevenLabs still charged ₺970 from my account without any authorization.
This is completely unacceptable and feels like outright theft. How can a company charge users after they have clearly canceled their subscription? I trusted that the cancellation process would be respected, but instead, I was charged a huge amount with no warning, no confirmation, and no explanation.
I demand that ElevenLabs immediately refund the ₺970 they wrongly charged. If they do not act quickly to fix this unauthorized charge, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Customers deserve transparency and respect — not unauthorized billing and silence!
