ElevenLabs Failed to Recreate My Late Father's Voice and Ignored My Refund Request

I signed up for ElevenLabs, paying for their AI-based voice and speech generation service, with one heartfelt goal: to bring back my late father's voice, to find comfort for my soul, and to relive precious memories. Sadly, the result was deeply disappointing. The voice generated was nothing like my father's — it wasn’t even close. The emotional connection I was hoping for was completely lost.

I reached out to ElevenLabs through their official support channels, explaining the situation and requesting help. They advertise on their site that if the voice doesn’t resemble the original, they either double your voice generation credits or issue a full refund. Despite this clear promise, I have received no response at all.

At this point, it's not even about the money anymore. I am speaking up so others — especially those trying to recreate the voices of loved ones who have passed away — don't go through the same heartbreak. I demand that ElevenLabs honor their guarantee, refund the payment, and stop misleading users with promises they don't keep.
