Electrolux Perfectcare 800 Washing Machine & Dryer Failure

My Electrolux PerfectCare 800 Washing Machine Dryer broke down when it was just one year old. I requested the technical service to inform me before arriving, but they failed to do so. I ended up changing continents and rushing home in 35 minutes due to their repeated calls. The technician diagnosed a burnt motherboard and said it would take 3 to 10 business days to fix. The contact number provided for updates was always busy. Contacting the headquarters, they informed me that the part wouldn't arrive this month but would be available next month. They promised a replacement machine "by administration" if it didn't arrive within 20 business days. However, after 30 business days, they claimed they "had no available machines." We've been waiting since July 14th, lugging bags of dirty laundry between Istanbul and Yalova every weekend. Supposedly, we've been waiting for the spare part of Electrolux's newest, most advanced machine for two months! Finally, the part arrived, and I was informed. I called the regional service to arrange the installation, but they claimed there was no service in my name. They promised to check and get back to me, but they never did. In the end, they called unexpectedly, and when we weren't home, they announced they'd be at our address in 10 minutes. I rescheduled for the next day but was met with another disappointment when they arrived with a refrigerator part instead of the washing machine part. We rescheduled for November 3rd, and our frustrating wait continues. After this experience with Electrolux, it's a brand we'll never trust or mention again. Their lack of professionalism and organization is astonishing.
