Electrolux Keeps Delaying the Initial Installation of the Washing Machine

Electrolux does not install so that the machine does not wear out. Our white goods are generally Electrolux brand. We bought a washing machine, same brand. We wouldn't have bought it. On July 16, I called customer service for installation. They registered. They said they will call service within 24-48 hours. I called 72 hours later because there was no caller. They politely apologized and gave the phone number of the relevant service. I have called that number many times, but no one is answering the calls. I called customer service for the second time, they were told to report the situation to the center and they would return. Didn't call. A day or two later, I called customer service again f said that I will personally follow up the situation and will most likely get back to you. No one called that day, no one called the next day or even the next day. As of today, the third day is also late. I'm ashamed now, should I call for the fourth time? But since there has been no movement so far, it seems like nothing will happen if we call it four, five, ten times. I think Electrolux is running a social experiment that tests our patience limits. When will customers go mad and swear? Maybe they will take action when the weather gets cooler, considering whether they will evaporate or not in this hot weather.
