We have been using an Electrolux 9 kg washer-dryer combo for approximately three years, and even though the product is covered by a 3+4 year warranty, we believe that the company is not standing behind either its product or its warranty commitments. For the past three months, the machine has not been functioning properly. At times, it fills with water even when it is not running, and when we open the door, water spills out and floods the surrounding area. In addition, the drying function no longer works, which has significantly disrupted our daily life.
During this period, the authorized service center has been visited three times, yet the problem has still not been resolved. During the most recent service visit, which took place two weeks ago, we clearly stated our request for a product replacement. Despite this, no one has followed up with us or shown genuine interest in resolving our issue. Customer service has also been contacted multiple times, but no solution has been offered.
The product is used in Yunusemre, Manisa, and its serial number is 24100023. We have all authorized service receipts and the original invoice available. A brand we trusted and chose with confidence has turned into a nightmare for us. I demand either a replacement with a new, defect-free equivalent product or a refund based on the current equivalent market value. I want this ongoing hardship to finally be taken seriously and a permanent solution to be provided.
