The Electrolux 22354560 Puli UK 482 E refrigerator door seal tore about a year ago. On October 25, 2024, an authorized service team visited my address in Buca Evka 1, İzmir to inspect the issue. They charged me ₺600 for the service fee, but did not perform any repair. Instead, they only stated that the problem was not covered under warranty and that they did not have the required part. Then they left without resolving the issue.
At that time, my appliance was still covered by insurance, but since they claimed “the part is unavailable”, I was left waiting, and during this period, my insurance coverage expired. I repeatedly contacted customer service, and each time I was told I would receive a follow-up, but I never received any response.
Currently, my refrigerator is still under warranty. My service record number is 34900022, and I also have the receipt proving I paid the service fee. Additionally, I have call recordings confirming that I submitted my request before my insurance expired. Despite all this, my grievance has not been resolved.
I demand that the door seal be replaced free of charge and that my grievance be addressed without further delay.
The product I bought developed a tear in the rubber, that is, the door gasket. I didn’t notice if it was there when I bought it, I realized it later.
