Restore My eFootball Account to My Original Email Address

I have been using the Efootball mobile app with my Konami ID registered under the email address “samuelbaidoo***@gmail.com”. In June 2026, I realized that someone had changed the email linked to my Efootball/Konami account to “hafizuma***@gmail.com”, and since then I have effectively lost control of my account. Because the email has been changed without my permission, I am having serious difficulty logging in and I cannot transfer my game data to my new phone. The other person now appears to have full control over my account and its contents, even though I am the rightful owner of the original email and account. I have already contacted Efootball/Konami support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am very worried about the security of my account and all the time and possible money I have invested in the game. I kindly request that my account be restored to me by reverting the email back to “samuelbaidoo***@gmail.com” or otherwise verifying my identity as the original owner. I also ask that you secure my account, remove any unauthorized access, and inform me of any additional steps I need to take to protect it.
