Konami ID Hacked and Account Recovery Not Working
I am an eFootball mobile player and I am writing because my Konami ID appears to have been hacked as of today around 6 o’clock. Although I can still access the game itself, I have lost control over important parts of my account. My email address linked to the Konami ID has been changed without my consent, and the linked device information has also been altered, which makes me very worried that someone else is now controlling my account. Right after noticing this, I tried to secure my account by using the “forgot password” and other recovery options, but none of these attempts worked and I was not able to regain full control of my Konami ID. At the moment I feel stuck, because the usual account recovery methods are not helping in this situation. I kindly request that my Konami ID be fully recovered and secured in my name, with my correct email and device information, and that any unauthorized changes made by the hacker be reversed. I also ask you to review any suspicious activities on my account and help me protect it so that this problem does not happen again.
have been playing eFootball on mobile with my Konami ID, and on 28/03/2026 I realized that my account had been hacked and accessed without my permission. Since that date I have not been able to log in to my account anymore. After the hack, the person who kover my account changed both the eFootball / Konami ID password and the email address linked to the account, so I completely lost control of it. I immediately contacted Konami support and explained that my Konami ID was hacked, that the email and password were changed, and that I can no longer access my account. Despite this, support that they do not help with this kind of problem, and no solution or guidance was provided. I still have access to my original email or social media account that was linked to this Konami ID before it was changed, and my phone name is Samsung Galaxy a05.
