Konami ID Hacked and Account Recovery Not Working

I am an eFootball mobile player and I am writing because my Konami ID appears to have been hacked as of today around 6 o’clock. Although I can still access the game itself, I have lost control over important parts of my account. My email address linked to the Konami ID has been changed without my consent, and the linked device information has also been altered, which makes me very worried that someone else is now controlling my account. Right after noticing this, I tried to secure my account by using the “forgot password” and other recovery options, but none of these attempts worked and I was not able to regain full control of my Konami ID. At the moment I feel stuck, because the usual account recovery methods are not helping in this situation. I kindly request that my Konami ID be fully recovered and secured in my name, with my correct email and device information, and that any unauthorized changes made by the hacker be reversed.
