Get My Konami eFootball Account Restored

I have been unable to access my Konami eFootball mobile account since July because the email address linked to my KONAMI ID was changed without my permission. When I try to log in, I get an “Unable to login” error and cannot reach my account in any way. I contacted Konami / eFootball support and clearly explained that my account appears to have been taken over and that the email was changed. However, the responses I have received so far have not helped me recover my account or secure it, and the situation is still unresolved. I request that my original eFootball mobile account be restored to me, the unauthorized email change be reversed, and all necessary security measures be taken so that my KONAMI ID and game data are fully protected against any future unauthorized access.
