I Face Google Play Refusing Refund for Unauthorized eFootball 2026 Payment

On September 26, 2025, my younger brother made a 1040 MyClub purchase on the eFootball 2026 mobile app without my permission. The purchase was made through Google Play under the username _Abdullah_65 using my bank card, and the charge of ₺349.99 appears on my card statement.

Right after noticing the issue, I immediately submitted a refund request via email. However, my request was rejected without any explanation. In the past, I faced a similar situation involving an unauthorized purchase, and the refund was approved — but this time, the payment has not been refunded.

I request that this issue be resolved promptly and that the ₺349.99 charged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible.
