I am reaching out because I am in a very difficult situation. My younger brother accidentally made a purchase through the eFootball platform by mistake — he claims he clicked it unintentionally. As a result, a significant amount was charged to my credit card, and now I am unable to recover my money.

I am already dealing with outstanding debts, and this unexpected charge has made things even worse for me financially. I urgently need assistance to reverse this charge. I did not authorize the purchase, and it was clearly made by mistake.

I kindly request that the eFootball support team review this case and refund the amount charged. Please help me resolve this quickly — I am genuinely struggling and need this issue corrected immediately.
