My eFootball Mobile account was suspended on May 1, 2026, without any reason being provided. Even though I did not engage in any behavior that violates the game’s rules, my access to the account was completely blocked, and no explanation was given to me regarding why the account was suspended.

I request that my account be reviewed, and if this suspension is unjustified, that it be reinstated as soon as possible. I also specifically request a clear and detailed explanation regarding the reason for my account suspension.
