Konami ID Account Taken Over After Instagram and WhatsApp Scam

My eFootball Mobile account linked to my Konami ID email address was fully under my control until last Friday. On Saturday at around 11:00 PM, I agreed to an account trade with another person. During this process, the individual changed the email address linked to my account to their own, then blocked me and took control of my account.

We initially communicated through Instagram, and then continued the conversation on WhatsApp. After changing the email address, the person cut off all communication and blocked me, and I am now completely unable to access my account. I reported the situation to Konami through the available channels, but I have not received a positive or helpful response so far.

I request that my eFootball Mobile account be returned to me. I am also filing a complaint against the person who stole my account, and I have their WhatsApp phone number. I request that this number be contacted if possible, that the person be required to return my account, and that the security of my account be fully restored and secured under my name.
