Konami ID Account Stolen on iOS Despite Linked Game Center Profile

I play eFootball on mobile using a Konami ID, and my account was hacked. Someone gained access to my Konami ID, changed the registered email address to their own and took full control of the account. After this change I completely lost access to my Konami ID and can no longer manage or secure my account. I use an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and this issue started on June 27, 2026. I tried to change the email address and password on the Konami ID, but these attempts did not work and I was not able to log back into my account. I also tried to use my previous Game Center ID, which I had been using until yesterday, but I still could not get back into my eFootball account. At the moment, the person who hacked the account appears to be the one in full control, and I cannot protect my data or in‑game progress. When I try to transfer the data, I receive an error saying that the data transfer limit has been reached and will be reset on the 1st of the month. I request that my eFootball/Konami ID account be restored to me so that I can regain full access and control. I also want the hacker’s access to be completely removed and all account security settings, including email and password, to be reset to my own details so that my account is safe again. The original email i was before it got hacked is emmajeffewus****@gmail.com
