I Report Missing Match Rewards And Performance Issues On Efootball

I have been playing Efootball for a long time and recently encountered several frustrating issues. Most importantly, on 29.06.2025, while playing matches, I won several games but did not receive the expected rewards. Despite clear signs of a legendary player draw—such as the stadium lights turning multicolored—the system only gave me a 1-star player.

This technical problem seriously affects my motivation. I put in effort to win matches, but the game fails to reward me fairly. In addition, the online gameplay experience is extremely poor due to constant lagging and freezing. This ruins the fun and makes competitive matches impossible to enjoy.

Emotionally, I feel disappointed and let down by a game I used to love. If these problems continue, I will have no choice but to stop playing, despite it being one of my favorite games.

I explicitly request that you fix the reward system errors, improve the online gameplay performance, and provide an apology for the inconvenience caused.
