I Can’t Start Online Multiplayer Matches in eFootball Since April 23 and Need a Fix

Since April 23, 2025, I have been unable to play eFootball’s online multiplayer mode. Whether trying to join random matchmaking or setting up a match in friend mode, the game continuously gives an error message saying "Match cannot be started."

Despite countless attempts, the issue persists and completely blocks access to one of the main reasons I love playing eFootball — the multiplayer experience. Multiplayer matches are a huge part of the game’s appeal for me, and without them, the game simply loses its value.

I urgently request the eFootball team to investigate and fix this error as soon as possible. Loyal players deserve a functional multiplayer mode. Please resolve this problem quickly so we can return to enjoying the game properly!
