I have been playing eFootball 2025 on PC for about two months, and I keep running into a recurring technical issue during league matches. After finishing a match, I often receive an error message saying: “The server may be under maintenance or your network settings may be faulty.”
When I log back in, the match result is automatically recorded as a loss, and I unfairly lose 3 points in the league. This problem does not happen every time — sometimes after just one game, other times after two — but it keeps repeating no matter what I do.
I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that did not fix the issue. While there is no direct financial loss, this bug has caused a significant drop in my enjoyment of the game. Losing matches and points unfairly makes it nearly impossible to progress in the league fairly, which undermines the whole competitive experience.
I am requesting that Konami address this server error urgently so that players’ matches are recorded accurately and league points are not lost due to technical faults. The game experience should be smooth, stable, and free of such unfair disruptions.
