I Lost My eFootball KONAMI Account Email After It Was Hacked

I am an eFootball Mobile player and my KONAMI account, which is registered in the Japan region, has been compromised. Someone managed to access my account and changed the email address linked to my KONAMI ID. The email now showing on the account (as seen in the attached screenshots) is not mine and belongs to the person who stole my account. I am still able to sign in through my passkey, so I know the account is technically still accessible, but the main email address on the account has been replaced without my permission. This makes my account unsafe and I am worried that I could lose full access at any moment. I request that you immediately secure my account, remove the thief’s email address, and restore my own original email address to the account. I am ready to verify my identity and ownership of the account with any information you may need.
