eFootball KONAMI ID Hacked After Unauthorized Email Change

I am writing regarding a problem with my eFootball account linked to my KONAMI ID. Last year, I found that I could no longer log in with my KONAMI ID, and I later understood that the email address connected to my account had been changed without my authorization. Since then, I have been unable to access my account. I have not yet contacted Konami support directly about this issue, and I am reaching out now through this complaint in order to have the situation resolved. I would like my access to be restored to my original account and for the unauthorized email change to be reversed or corrected. My eFootball account is registered and mainly used in Japan. I kindly request that Konami investigate this unauthorized change and help me recover my account as soon as possible.
