eFootball KONAMI ID Hacked – Email Address Changed Without Permission

I am writing regarding a serious security problem with my eFootball mobile account. On Monday around 12 a.m., my account was hacked and the email address connected to my KONAMI ID was changed without my permission. Although I can still log in to the game through Game Center, I have lost access to my KONAMI ID because it is now linked to an email address that does not belong to me. In my account details, my KONAMI ID currently appears as “busar62959” and the registered email is shown as “plyoak***@mirai.re”. This is not my email address and clearly indicates that my account has been taken over by someone else. Since I no longer control this email, I am unable to manage my account, secure it, or recover it through normal methods. I tried to contact Konami support by email but I have not received any response so far, and the situation has remained unresolved since Monday. During this time I am very worried about the security of my account and any possible misuse. I kindly request that my KONAMI account be secured, the unauthorized email address be removed, and my email be restored or updated to a secure one that only I control, after any necessary identity and ownership verification. I would like to continue using my eFootball account safely via my own KONAMI ID, and I ask for your urgent help and a clear response regarding this issue.
