I Face Unfair Matchmaking and Connection Problems in eFootball Gameplay

My experience with eFootball has been extremely disappointing due to persistent gameplay and connection issues. First of all, matchmaking in the game feels completely unbalanced. It seems like only players who spend money get matched with top-tier accounts, while the rest of us are left with weak or uneven matchups. There is no fairness in how matches are distributed — skill doesn't matter, only spending does.

To make things worse, the servers are unstable. Even basic connectivity between two players fails regularly. Lag, disconnections, and delayed commands make the game nearly unplayable. It’s frustrating when I can’t even enjoy a full match without technical interruptions. The game also feels overly driven by momentum, making it unpredictable and unenjoyable.

Konami seems to prioritize promotions like offering free Messi cards over fixing core gameplay mechanics. If this continues, I believe more and more users will quit the platform out of frustration. I urge the eFootball team to seriously address the matchmaking fairness, momentum imbalance, and connectivity issues immediately to restore player trust and improve the experience.
