About one month ago, while making a MyClub investment in the Efootball 2024 mobile app, I encountered an error. Even though I never requested or initiated any kind of refund, the system claimed that I did and as a result, my account balance dropped to -9,000 MyClub.
My account details are: ascw-950-828-775. In total, I invested around ₺5,000, and this issue only happened once. I sent an email to the support team to resolve the matter, but I have not received any response so far.
Currently, I am unable to make any further investments, and my problem remains unresolved. I am requesting either a full refund of the amount I invested or that my account balance be restored to its original state. I expect an urgent explanation and a proper solution to fix this unfair situation.
