I Can’t Make Purchases in eFootball 2025—Keeps Saying Try a Different Payment Method

In eFootball 2025, I’ve been unable to complete any purchases for days. Every time I try to buy something, I get the same message: “Try a different payment method.” I’ve already tried multiple valid cards, updated my payment info, restarted the app, and even reinstalled the game—but nothing has worked.

This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve spent money on this game before without problems. Now, when I actually want to purchase coins or player packs, I’m being blocked with no real explanation.

I’m asking Konami or the support team to resolve this payment issue immediately. Players shouldn’t have to beg to spend money on your platform. Please look into this and fix it—it’s affecting gameplay and trust.
