Lost Access To My eFootball Account After Unauthorized Email Change

My eFootball account has been hacked and I have completely lost access to my Konami ID. An unknown person unlawfully accessed my account and changed the registered email address without my knowledge or consent. Because of this, I can no longer log in and I am unable to access my game progress. The Gmail account that was originally linked to my eFootball game has been unlinked by the attacker, and my game ID no longer appears under that Gmail. The last time I had normal access to my Konami ID and my eFootball account was approximately 1–2 months ago. Since then I have been unable to recover it, as I cannot use password reset or verification options tied to my old email. I kindly request that you investigate this unauthorized access and restore my access to my original Konami ID and eFootball account. I want the email address on the account to be reset back to me or to a secure address that I can control, and I want to regain all of my game data and progress linked to this account. I also request that you secure the account against further unauthorized changes. I ask for your urgent help in resolving this situation, as I am the rightful owner of the account and I have been locked out due to someone else’s malicious actions.
