I Would Like To Get Back My eFootball Account

I am writing regarding my Konami eFootball mobile account, which appears to have been hacked and accessed without my permission. Yesterday, approximately three hours before I contacted support, I realized that I could no longer log in to my account. When I try to sign in, I receive an “Unable to log in. Please check your login ID and password.” error on the Konami ID login screen, even though I am entering my correct details. I immediately contacted Konami support and was informed that I would receive a reply in approximately two weeks. In the meantime, I still cannot access my account. I am very worried that the email address linked to my account may have been changed and that my account could be misused while I am locked out. My main request is that my eFootball account be recovered and that any unauthorized change to the registered email address be reversed, so that the email can be restored back to me and the account can be made fully secure again. I kindly ask you to help me regain access to my account as soon as possible and to ensure that no further unauthorized activity can take place.
