Lost Control Of My Konami ID

I am writing to report that my Konami ID and eFootball (PES) account have been taken over after someone changed the email address linked to my account on 25 April 2026. I did not authorize this change, and from that moment I lost access and control over my entire account. I am accessing the game from Kenya and I have already contacted Konami support multiple times about this situation. Despite explaining that the email change was unauthorized and that my account has clearly been compromised, my case has not been properly considered and I still have not regained access. I kindly request that my eFootball account and Konami ID be recovered and restored to me by reversing the unauthorized email change and securing the account. I would like this situation to be investigated seriously and resolved as soon as possible so that I can safely use my account again.
