eFootball Account Lost After Phone Reset

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my eFootball 2026 mobile account, which appears to have been hacked during the period when the Blitz Curler Zola card was available. I play on an Android phone and had spent ₹100 in the game. My old account ID was ASBB-065-443-*** but I suddenly lost access to it. While I was playing, my mobile phone unexpectedly reset. When I opened eFootball again and logged in, the game showed “no data found” and I could not access my old account anymore. Since then I have not been able to recover that account in any way. I later created a new account, and my current account ID is ASPU-669-646-***. I contacted eFootball support about this issue, but I have not received any reply. I am very disappointed that there has been no response, especially after spending money on the game and losing my players and progress. I kindly request that my old account be restored to me, or, if that is not possible, that all the players, items, and purchases from my old account ID ASBB-065-443-***be transferred to my new account ID ASPU-669-646-***.
