Konami Ignored My Requests to Recover My Stolen eFootball Account
My mobile eFootball account connected to Konami and used on the Android platform was stolen on 04/26/2026. I first tried logging into the game twice, but when I could not access my account, I followed the “forgot password” steps. During this process, I received a warning stating that the email address registered to my account could not be found, which made me realize that the email information connected to my account had been changed or deleted. My account name is “delpieroalessa.” Even though no in-game purchases had been made on the account, it has completely gone out of my control.
Immediately after the incident on 04/26/2026, I contacted Konami’s support team through both the in-game support section and their email/website support channels. Despite sending multiple requests, I have not received any response whatsoever. No clear information has been provided, and no concrete action has been taken to help recover my account.
I request that Konami conduct a detailed security investigation regarding my stolen mobile eFootball account, determine who accessed the account and how it was compromised, and return my account named “delpieroalessa” back to me. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the entire process and the actions being taken to resolve this issue.
