eFootball Account Access Lost Since 20 July – Restore Original Team and Progress

My complaint is about a serious problem with my eFootball account on 20/07/2026. Before this date my account was working normally, but now I can no longer use it properly and I have effectively lost access to my team and progress. I want my original eFootball account to be fully restored so that I can continue using my team and all my previous data without any loss. I kindly request Konami to review this situation and help me get my account back as soon as possible.
