eFootball Cannot Link Data Error: Konami ID Already Linked to Another ID

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with my Konami ID for eFootball on Android/iOS. On 06/08/2026 I mistakenly deleted the game from my device. After that, I downloaded the game again and tried to log in with my existing Konami ID linked to my email. When I attempt to log in now, I receive an error message saying “Cannot Link Data” and “It is already linked with another ID.” Because of this, I cannot access my previous game data and account. I request that my old eFootball account linked to my email be recovered and that I be allowed to log back in with my existing Konami ID, with all my previous in‑game data restored. I kindly ask you to review my case and help me regain access to my original account as soon as possible.
