I am an eFootball player who has been using a Konami ID account linked to the email address malikraf***@gmail.com. On 25 May 2026 I was no longer able to access my account because I forgot the password. Up to now I have not used the “forgot password” or reset password feature because I am not sure I still have access to the email or phone number that might have been used when registering the account. At this point I cannot log in to my eFootball account and I have lost access to my game progress.
