eFootball Konami ID Password Forgotten And Account Access Lost

I am an eFootball player who has been using a Konami ID account linked to the email address malikraf***@gmail.com. On 25 May 2026 I was no longer able to access my account because I forgot the password. Up to now I have not used the “forgot password” or reset password feature because I am not sure I still have access to the email or phone number that might have been used when registering the account. At this point I cannot log in to my eFootball account and I have lost access to my game progress. I kindly request Konami’s assistance to help me reset the password and recover access to my eFootball account linked to the email address mentioned above, using whatever verification method you deem appropriate. I am ready to provide additional information or proof of ownership of the account if needed so that I can safely use my account again.
